Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga

A classic coffee is back for a limited time! Over our 25 years we’ve had natural processed coffees from the Konga Washing Station in Yirgacheffe on the shelf’s countless times. The Konga Washing Station processes coffee from small holder farms in the village as is common throughout Ethiopia to have central hubs for coffee production. Farmers bring their harvested coffee fruit to the washing station to be sorted, cleaned, and processed in larger regional lots. The stations can process hundreds of farmer’s coffees in some cases which results in a more regional coffee experience than farmer specific.
