Honduras Finca Quebrada Onda

Finca Quebrada is a family owned and operated farm in the Montecillos region of Honduras. The farm was passed down father to son, Isaac, who is also an engineer. Under Isaac, the farm has improved management and is producing excellent coffees like this one. This honey process lot is rich and flavorful with intense sweetness and a great mouthfeel. We taste dried fruit, cocoa, and a nice citrusy finish.
