Colombia Caturra Syrup

Alex Hernández’s farm is in Huila, Colombia a region famed for high-quality coffee production. This coffee is an anerobic washed coffee meaning it goes through an extensive aerobic pre-treatment before being washed and dried as typical for washed coffees. After the pre fermentation the coffee is pulped and then undergoes an anaerobic fermentation phase before finally being washed and then dried on raised beds and stabilized in GrainPro bags.
