Colombia Huila Condor

The Huila Condor Project is a cooperative of nearly 100 women coffee producers in Pitalito, Bruselas, Timana, and Huila. Coffee from all over the Huila region is brought to the processing facility where it is inspected, sorted, and processed for export. The project’s focus is on elevating specialty coffee in the area while also uplifting women and their families. Improving quality from harvest to harvest is crucial to the project to establish traceability and fair payment. This coffee is washed processed and undergoes a drying process up to 20 days.
