Honey processed Ethiopian coffees are always a Brioso favorite to bring into the shops! This coffee comes from the Buncho washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia, founded by Asefa and MuluGeta Dukamo under their company Daye Bensa Coffee. Asefa grew up in coffee, cultivating their plants and other garden crops with his parents. After many years of supplying nearby washing stations with coffee from his parents garden and neighboring relatives, he had the idea to own his own washing station. Since the opening of Daye Bensa’s first washing station, the operation has expanded to include a dry coffee mill and processing coffees as washed, natural, and honey process! The washing stations in the Daye Bensa Coffee family serve thousands of small producers who delivery coffee throughout the harvest season.
