Holy Grail Blend
On our founder Jeff’s origin trip in 2022 to Ethiopia, his mind was blown. Specifically, he found a renewed appreciate for washed style coffees from Ethiopia. “I’ve seen all kinds of coffee processing all over the world, but this experience was different than I had ever seen.” When he came back from Ethiopia he told the team he wanted to come up with a blend of Ethiopian coffees of different processing methods. Thus, we created the Holy Grail Blend! A blend of Natural, Washed, and Honey Processed coffees from Ethiopia to create a vibrant, complex and refreshing cup of coffee. If you know, you know that Jeff’s favorite coffees in the world is natural Ethiopian. He’s very excited to share a blend that combines everything he loves about the culture of Ethiopian coffee.
