Colombia Risaralda Leyenda
Leyenda (Legendary in Spanish) is a coffee from a community of 36 coffee producers - including 5 women who are head of their households. The Apía region of Risaralda, Colombia is 1700-2000m above sea level and is known for their excellent coffee growing climate. This regional coffee is from several farmers in the Apía mountains blended to highlight the signature flavor notes of the area. After harvest the coffee is washed with fermentation times of 24-36hrs and the sun dried on raised beds.
