Puebla is located in eastern Mexico and happens to have a climate nearly perfect for coffee production. We have loved having lots of coffee from this region of Mexico in our line up over the last few years, and so have our customers! After these coffees are picked they are brought to a local mill where the coffee cherries are de-pulped and all the remaining fruit and skin is washed off the seeds and then dried on patios. On the cupping table, we tasted deep nuttiness, soft fruit, and a full body. We hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we do!
