Colombia Gesha Willow

$30.00

We first encountered this coffee at the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo in Houston, TX at a cupping with our buddies at Forest Coffee from Tolima, Colombia. All their coffees are fabulous, and you may recognize them from a few coffees from our past like Java El Eden and Guava Banana. Over the years they have become huge names in the coffee world, and we are super excited to bring you another coffee from Forest!

Gesha Willow is a coffee that comes from their local Reforest Project, aiming to plant 50,000 trees through Tolima and Caldas in Colombia. This coffee was grown near their family farm El Vergel Estate. The Gesha coffee variety, as some of you may know, is famous for it’s floral qualities and delicate flavors. The coffee is picked at peak ripeness then undergoes a 36-hour anaerobic “pre-fermentation” to enhance the complexity found in the coffee.

Our team was soooo excited to get this on the cupping table to taste the magic from Forest. We think this coffee has a lot of classic Gesha traits we know and love with a twist that we think anyone will really enjoy. The first thing you’ll notice is a funky floral aroma with lots of depth from the roasting. We love the tropical fruit that make this cup super-fun and the classic florals we love in Gesha varieties. A sweet Nutella finish rounds out this cup and we think if you love black coffee, you’ll get a kick out of this Gesha Willow from Forest.
