A natural processed coffee from the Guji region in Ethiopia is just what we needed! This coffee was produced at the Arsosala washing station which serves about 1,200 smallholder producers. Ethiopian coffees are unique because there are many, many, small farms who grow lots of crops including coffee. After the berries are picked, they’re brought to their nearby washing station to be processed and sold. Arsosala specializes in natural and washed coffees, this one being a natural. It’s dried for 8-15 days under the sun on raised beds.
We taste dried berries, hazelnuts, lavender, and a soft texture. We know you’ll be delighted to brew this coffee in the mornings on your pourover set up or however you take it!
