Bolivia APROCAFE

APROCAFE is an exclusively organic co-operative consisting of 35 small specialty coffee farmers in the Caranavi Province, Bolivia. The co-op is very dedicated to organic farming and processing practices and Fair Trade certifications for their producers. We’ve been quietly adding this delicious coffee to our house blend in our shops for a few months, now we’re bringing it to you as a single origin to try! Coffee producers bring ripe cherries to APROCAFE where they are hand sorted and pulped. After pulping, the coffee is fermented on wooden trays for 12-15 hours before being washed and patio dried. This coffee is easy going, chocolatey, and smooth.
