Ethiopia Guji Buki
You’re probably used to seeing naturally processed Ethiopian coffees from us, we also love washed coffees from Ethiopia! This heirloom coffee comes from Guji and is depulped and washed the same day it’s picked from the trees then dried for 5-15 days on raised beds. Washed processed coffees generally produce coffees with complexity and delicate sweetness. On the cupping table we taste jasmine, lemon sweetness, and a lovely creamy body.
