Colombia Tio Coñejo Bees

Colombia Tio Coñejo Bees

Colombia Tio Coñejo Bees is more than a honey process coffee; it’s been double fermented. Undisturbed in cherry for 100 hours and then de-pulped, the coffee is then left for another 48 hours in mucilage before being dried on raised beds. The result is a coffee that is truly unique in flavor with complex acidity and sweetness like peaches and brown sugar. The hard work by Alfredo Castaño is clear in the cup quality and we are so excited to add this coffee to our Curiosity series.

  • Origin – Colombia
  • Region - Risaralda
  • Farm - El Recinto, Alfredo Castaño
  • Process Honey double fermentation
