We strive to fill orders 12-24 hours after they hit our order list. All fulfilled orders will have a separate confirmation email sent to you letting your know that your order is scheduled for delivery, awaiting pick up from a shipping carrier, or at the shop waiting for in store pick up. We strive to have a very quick turn around time and our team is eager to get your coffee to you as soon as possible!

Yes! You'll receive and email from us 3 days before your next charge, there you can access your own subscription portal where you can add items from an extra bag of coffee to V60 filters!

Yes! You can change your delivery frequency in your Recharge profile. There you can change your frequency, payment, and other features of your subscription. This portal can be found in emails concerning your subscription or feel free to email us and we'll send it over to you!

Our Roaster's Choice coffees change once a month! We love to share our newest coffees with our adventurous subscribers when they drop! You can expect to see new coffees from all origins and some Curiosities occasionally. We do our best not to have repeats throughout the year!

For Roaster's Choice we do pre select our coffees that we know you'll love if you really trust us!! Special requests can be made in the notes section of your order but please be mindful that we put a lot of thought and care into our selections and not all requests can be fulfilled every time, we will do our best.
