Colombia Santa Barbara Estate

Colombia Santa Barbara Estate
This lot of natural coffee from the San Pascual farm is dried for five days in the shade and then dried in an electric silo for better drying consistency. The San Pascual farm produces very small batches of natural coffees and also serves as a research facility for the estate. Our roaster has been looking high and low all summer for a coffee like this one, we love the fruit punch and creamy mouthfeel this coffee has!
