Honey process or pulped natural coffees have distinct profiles that we love using alone on the bar, or in our house blends. This coffee is a Yellow Honey, meaning that the mucilage of the fruit is left on the bean after pulping and is left to dry on raised beds to begin fermentation. The coffee is raked and moved around several times a day classifying it as Yellow Honey, it’s the “medium” level of honeys. We love the mellow sweet cereal grains, and bright citrus that this coffee adds to our lineup. 12 oz bag
